Bornigal is a lovely one bedroom house, perfect for couples and comprises: kitchen/dining room, living room,  bedroom with en suite bathroom and sitting area.

The kitchen has beautiful hand made oak kitchen units with cream tiled work surfaces.  Included in the kitchen is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gaz hob, electric fan assisted oven and a double sink.

It is fully equipped with everything an enthusiastic cook would want.

Opposite the kitchen is the dining area with a large stone fire place and wood burning stove, ideal for those cooler nights.  There is a circular oak dining table and four chairs.

The exposed stonework gives the room, a real French feel and double French doors lead to the Living Room.

The Living Room is light and airy with a large window and glass door opening onto the rear garden and driveway.  It has great views over open countryside.  The stonework is exposed at each end and the staircase leads from the lounge to the mezzanine bedroom.  The living room is comfortably furnished with a 2 piece floral suite, a television, video and DVD player along with a large selection of films.  A sideboard contains a selection of games and there is a music system, with plenty of CDs to choose from.

A French door leads out to a courtyard patio with oak table and chairs and barbecue.  The patio is filled with lots of terracotta plant pots and is ideal for alfresco dining.

The staircase leads into mezzanine bedroom.  The L shaped room has exposed stonework and beautiful oak beams.  There is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. 

There is a also a relaxing sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs, a table and plenty of books to chose from for a quiet read. 

From the sitting area is the en suite bathroom with a bath and shower over it.
